Financial Questions

Q: What is the payment plan?
A: This will be discussed in detail at your consultation appointment.  In summary, a deposit is required and the balance will be due within 2 weeks of your scheduled surgery
 
Q: Who is payment made to?
A: Payments are made to Premier Healthcare Solutions UK Ltd.  Your Surgeon Mr Reddy is the sole director of the company
 
Q: If I have paid my balance and my surgery is cancelled or rescheduled by the hospital or Mr Reddy, will I get my money back?
A: Yes, Mr Reddy will be responsible.  We will aim to reschedule your surgery as quickly as possible.  If that isn’t achievable then the balance will be returned to you.
 
Q: If I have paid a deposit but change my mind, will I get a refund?
A: Yes
 
Q: If I have paid the balance on surgery but change my mind, will I get a refund?
A: Yes as long as you cancel two weeks before the schedule date as the slot can be allocated to someone else.

Q: What is included?  
A: It is an all inclusive package.

  • Care after surgery
Q: What is not included?
A: You can get the Covid test by your local NHS which is free.  If we organise, at the moment it costs £150.
